All information, products and services displayed on thecraftdeals.com constitute an “invitation to offer”. Your order for purchase constitutes your “offer”, which shall be subject to the terms and conditions listed below. The Craft Deals has the right to accept or reject your offer without assigning any reason.

Acceptance of these terms

In order to use thecraftdeals.com, belonging to DN CRAFTS (a registered GST business), you (The User) accept the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any point of time.

You (The User) are therefore advised to read these terms and conditions carefully every time you use thecraftdeals.com of DN CRAFTS, to be confident of your shopping.

Product colours & display

We have made every possible effort to display the colour of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colours you see depend on your monitor, so we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour will be accurate. At times, due to reflection or light effects, it may vary a little, which is beyond our control, and we shall not entertain any such claims regarding exchange of product.

Eligibility & liability

The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 years of age, or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to make any purchase from us. We do not hold any responsibility towards any misuse of the product purchased.
We will not be responsible for any damage suffered due to any negligence in using a product purchased from thecraftdeals.com. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay, computer virus, communication line failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of any record, whether for breach of contract, tortious behaviour, or under any other cause of action.

Our packaging responsibility

We take “Full Responsibility” of your order. This means all goods are packed and dispatched in perfect good condition, and we use the best courier services to ensure smooth delivery to your doorstep. “Full Responsibility” means packing the goods in perfect condition at the time they leave the warehouse; we take utmost care in packing goods as per their size, weight and volume, so you need not worry about our highly efficient packaging system.

Pricing, cancellations & changes

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of The Craft Deals, so no disputes shall be entertained.
Requests for cancellation of orders once placed shall not be entertained. If we do accept a cancellation, there is a charge of 10% of the total amount (excluding shipping) as restocking fees. An order can only be cancelled if its state shows as “pending” under Order History, and within a maximum of 2 hours of placing it — email our Customer Support Team with your Order Number.
Once an order is placed, no changes can be made to it thereafter.
The Craft Deals reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, or for any other reason, regardless of whether the order was confirmed or payment received. In such cases the payment shall be refunded and the User informed.

Delivery, fraud & warranties

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (wrong/incomplete name, address, or recipient not available), any extra re-delivery cost shall be claimed from the User before re-dispatch.
The Craft Deals will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently is on the User, who must exclusively use his/her own card at the time of purchase.
We will not be responsible for any import duties or taxes in the client’s country. The liability to pay import duties is on the client.
The Craft Deals provides no warranty, express or implied, and disclaims all warranties including merchantability, non-infringement and fitness for any particular purpose. Our sole liability for product defects is, at our option, to replace or issue store credit against any manufacturing defect (as solely decided by The Craft Deals).

Complaints & jurisdiction

We take care of complaints related to delivered parcels only if informed within 48 hours of delivery. No complaints shall be entertained regarding a product wrongly ordered by you (The User). This is done in the interest of the consumer, to avoid fake complaints and products.

This agreement is construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
