Privacy Policy

We store collected personally identifiable information (email address, name, phone number, etc.) from registered customers when a free account is set up with thecraftdeals.com. You can browse our site without registering, but to place an order you must complete registration by filling in all valid information.

We use your contact information to send you intimation of new products and offers from time to time, based on your previous orders and interests.

Our privacy policy is simple: any information you give us stays with us. We do not rent, sell, lend or otherwise distribute your personal information to anyone for any reason. This includes your contact information as well as specific order information — so feel safe with us.

The personal information provided is used to fulfil the services requested by customers. Where we use it to market our offers and new product launches, an option to opt out is provided. It is also used to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, promote safe service, collect fees owed, measure interest in our products and services, customize your shopping/browsing experience, protect against fraudulent transactions and other criminal activity, and enforce our terms.

We continually aim to improve our service and analyse demographic and profile data about our users and their activity on our website. We identify and use your IP address to help diagnose problems and administer our website/server, and to gather broad demographic information. We may invite you to complete optional online surveys (asking, e.g., zip code, age or income level) to tailor your online experience with content we think you might be interested in.

A “cookie” is a small piece of information stored by a server on a browser so it can be read back later. Cookies help browsers remember information specific to a user. thecraftdeals.com places both permanent and temporary cookies on your computer’s hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any of your personally identifiable information.

We may share personal information with other corporate entities and affiliates to help detect or prevent identity theft, fraud or other potentially illegal acts, and to correlate related or multiple accounts to prevent abuse of our services. This may also facilitate joint or co-branded services you request. Those entities may not market to you as a result of such sharing unless you explicitly opt in.

Personal information may be disclosed if required by law, or in good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal processes; to enforce our Terms or Privacy Policy; to respond to claims that content violates a third party’s rights; or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users or the public.

If we merge with or are acquired by another business entity, we will share some or all of your personal information with that entity, which will then be required to follow this privacy policy with respect to your personal information.

We strive at all times to have stringent security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of customer information under our control. Whenever a customer accesses or changes their account or information, we offer the use of a secure server, and we adhere to strict security guidelines to protect your information against unauthorized access.

To enable you to place an order we need your first name, last name, address, city, zip code, state, country, phone number and contact email address. We do not allow any unauthorized person or organization — including other members, visitors or anyone outside our organization — to use any information collected from you.

You can modify your personal details anytime via the Edit Profile option on our site. Any queries regarding this statement should be directed to thecraftdeals.com. Please note: for pay-at-store orders, if payment is not received within 3 days of placing an order, it will be automatically cancelled.
