Everything about how and when your craft supplies reach you, in India and worldwide.
Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Orders placed before 12 pm on a business day we aim to ship the same day (subject to payment and stock confirmation); orders after 12 pm ship the next business day. Orders received on Sundays or holidays are dispatched the following working day.
We ship anywhere in India using all leading courier companies. Delivery generally takes an estimated 5–6 days. Bulky parcels shipped by surface (road) take 7–10 days unless urgent air delivery is requested. Rural addresses may need one or more additional days.
We do not use Speed Post, so we cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses unless a courier service can reach there.
We ship internationally too. Please allow 3–5 days processing. We use FedEx / Aramex / DTDC, and aim for delivery within 5–7 working days, though customs clearance means we cannot guarantee a time frame. Any import duty, VAT or customs fee charged by the destination country is the recipient's responsibility.
Once your parcel is dispatched you'll receive an email with the tracking details. Any questions? Email us at info@thecraftdeals.com.
