Tracking Your Order

Here's how to follow your parcel from our warehouse to your doorstep.

After dispatch

Once your order is dispatched, we email you the details related to your parcel, including how to track it with the courier. Domestic orders generally arrive in about 5–6 days (7–10 days for bulky surface shipments).

Check status in your account

Sign in and open Order History to see your order's current state.
An order showing as “pending” has not yet been processed.
Once processed and dispatched, tracking details are shared by email.

Delivery running late?

Occasional delays can happen due to reasons beyond our control — an unreachable phone number, strikes, natural calamities, or issues in transit. If your parcel seems stuck, email info@thecraftdeals.com with your Order Number and we'll help.
