Refunds & Store Credit

We do not offer cash refunds. In eligible cases we issue STORE CREDIT, which you can use towards future purchases. If a replacement item is unavailable, we'll suggest the best alternatives — the final choice is yours.

If you cancel a paid order for no specified reason, minimum bank charges of 5%–10% are deducted while issuing the refund, to cover account adjustments and bank fees.

If we confirm an order but are unable to ship it under normal circumstances, we issue a refund which may take 5–7 working days to transfer.
