Cancellations are limited once an order is placed — please read the window and fees carefully.
If we accept a cancellation, a restocking fee of 15% of the order total (excluding shipping) applies. If the order has already been shipped and still needs to be cancelled, restocking and handling fees of 25% of the total order value apply, along with the shipping charges.
If an order has already been “processed”, it cannot be cancelled. The Craft Deals has the complete right to decide whether an order can be cancelled, and the customer agrees to accept that decision.
